Registering a Student Account and Creating a Student Wallet at the Canteen There are two ways to register: 1. Automatic Registration 2. Manual Registration In case when your child's has not yet been registered on the System please proceed with "Manual Registration" step. 1. Automatic Registration The school will send new student information to Joma. The student account and wallet will be created automatically without any action required from parents. 2. Manual Registration Parents must visit the Joma staff at the school canteen to complete the registration process. Required documents: School registration form (optional). Student ID card (mandatory). Parent’s information such as name, email, and phone number (mandatory) so Joma could contact in case of issues, account balance updates, or identity verification.

Registering a Parent Account Step 1: Download the Heo Vàng app from the App Store (iPhone) or CH Play (Android). Step 2: Select Language (Vietnamese/English). Step 3: Choose "Register" (if you don’t have an account) or "Login" (if you already have an account). (The Heo Vàng Wallet account for Café services also uses this app.) Step 4: Enter the required information if registering for a new account. Linking a Parent Account to a Student Wallet Once you have created Parent's Account, please follow this step to link your child to your parent's account: Step 1: Contact Joma Canteen via email Provide your phone number used for logging into the Heo Vàng app and your child’s information (name, ID, class). If your child has not been registered on the system, please follow the registration process. Your Name: Your Phone number (registered on Heo Vang app): Child’s name: ID: Class: To email: support@joma.biz Step 2: Link your child Joma staff will link the parent account to the student wallet and confirm once it is successfully linked. Step 3: Log in & Check Log in to the Heo Vàng app to see the linked student wallet. If you do not see your child linked on the app after 24 hours. Please contact: support@joma.biz

Step 1: Log in to the Heo Vàng app. Select the Membership tab and choose your child’s student card. Step 2: Click on History to view your child’s transaction records.

Adding Money to the Student Wallet There are three ways to top up the wallet: Method 1: Bank Transfer. Parents can transfer money to one of the following accounts: Bank: Vietcombank - Thang Long Branch Account Name: Joma Vietnam Co., Ltd. (CT TNHH Joma Vietnam) Account Number: 0491000172595 Bank: Techcombank - Hanoi Branch Account Name: Joma Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Công ty TNHH Joma Việt Nam) Account Number: 19026554548016 Transfer Details: Student’s full name Grade School name (Ex: John Smith – grade 3 - CIS) After transferring, take a screenshot of the transaction receipt and send it to either of of these emails: support@joma.biz Method 2: Cash Payment at the Canteen Parents can deposit money directly with the Canteen Cashier. Method 3: Online Top-Up via the Heo Vàng App (Similar to Loop Canteen web system) Step 1: Log in to the Heo Vàng app. Go to the Membership tab and select your child’s student card. Click Top-Up. Step 2: Follow the on-screen steps to complete the top-up process. Step 3: Check the wallet balance to confirm the top-up was successful.
