In order to deliver better experience to our valued customers. Joma is moving away from old Joma App version to web-base. The new Joma portal version is much more convenient and easy to use. You can find all the previous function as well as new and cooler features on the new Joma Account Portal.

​With the new update, the user accounts for Cafe & Canteen has been separated into two portal: Joma Canteen and Joma Peko Portal

Our Joma Canteen portal - is a stand alone portal for customers who are using our canteen services in our partner schools. It allows you:

  • monitor

  • top-up 

  • check your child's transactions & export pdf report

Parents can only top-up their child through Joma Canteen Portal, the Joma Peko wallet cannot be used to top-up to Joma Canteen Portal.

For parents: Please note that the balance you top-up on Joma Peko account cannot be automatically transferred to top-up your child. Only use Canteen Portal to top up for your child's account. The balance on Joma Peko App can only be used for your personal purchase at Joma Cafe.

  • How do I create an account?
    Click on the "www.joma-canteen.loop.vn" to open the Joma Account portal. Step 1: Click on "Sign up" button Step 2: Fill out your personal information Step 3: After clicking on "Continue", you will receive an OTP via your phone number (or you can choose to send via email at the bottom). Please key in the OTP code that you have received through phone/email.
  • How do I quickly access my child's account?
    Step 1: Click on the option in your web browser Step 2: In the dropdown list, please select "Add to Home Screen" Step 3: In a pop-up screen, you can rename the app to make it easier for you to find. Then click "Add". The app would show up in your list of apps.
  • How do I add my child to my account?
    Step 1: After logging into your account, please choose the "Add Account" button on the Canteen Account Portal. Step 2: Fill out the information and click on the "Search" button to search for your child. Step 3: On the screen you should be able to see the list of the child, please select "Add Child" button below your child's name to add him/her to your account. Step 4: For security purpose, you will be required to key in your child's Access Code upon adding. After filling the code out, please click on "Add" button. You will be able to view your child's account on your main screen. Access Code: abc123456 or 123456
  • How can I see my child's balance?
    After logging into the Joma Canteen Account, you could see your child's balance below the name. As well as the balance of every child you have added to your account.
  • How do I check my child's transaction history?
    On your canteen account portal, chose a button "Order History" below your child's name. On the new window you could select the date you want to see.
  • How do I top-up my child's account?
    Step 1: On your account portal, choose the button "Topup" below your child's name. Step 2: You can key in the amount or choose the preset amount at the top. Select your preferred payment type and click on "Continue" button. Step 3: After filling out your payment information, your child's account balance will be updated.
  • I have issues with my account, to whom should I contact?
    The new Joma Canteen Portal has many wonderful features, however, with every technologies comes with some issues. We apologize in advance for any trouble you have encountered.   • How do I register Peko Account?
    Step 1: Scan the QR Code using zalo or any other app to access the Joma Peko account. You could also access Joma Peko portal through the website link or the button provided on top of this page. Step 2: Click on the icon and on the next window click on "Log In" button. Step 3: On the Log In screen, please fill out your phone number Step 4: You will receive an OTP code via the phone number you have filled out earlier. Please fill in the OTP number and click on "Verify". Once the timer goes up, you could select to resend the OTP code.
  • How do I pay On-Account through Joma Peko Portal?
    When you need to process your payment On-Account, please let the cashier know that you would like to pay through your pre-paid account. The cashier will generade a QR Code, upon scanning you will be asked to log in to confirm your account (this is to ensure your account safety).
  • How do I order directly through Joma Peko App?
    Step 1: The ordering process is very similar to your usual online food ordering platform. Once you have completed adding your order to the card, please select "Check Out". You will be able to see your total bill amount next to the Check Out button. Step 2: After selecting Check Out you will see the screen with your total bill information and items you have added to your cart. In here you can delete, add more items or increase the quantity, the price will automatically be adjusted at the bottom button. You could also add discounts and choose your payment methods.
  • How do I top-up my account?
    Please note that Joma Peko Wallet is a personal account and cannot be used to top-up your child's account on Joma Canteen Portal. In case you have accidently top-up on your personal account and would like to top up for your child instead, please use this following form to make a request: https://tiny.cc/pekojomasupport
  • I have issues with Joma Peko App, who should I contact for help?
    The new Joma Canteen Portal has many wonderful features, however, with every technologies comes with some issues. We apologize in advance for any trouble you have encountered.   • I'm trying to SCAN QR at the store but the Joma Peko website is loading very slow
    We are very sorry that you have encountered with this issue. In case you are having trouble to load the accept page when you pay on account, please try to use Zalo QR Code scan or pre-log into your account after creating a shortcut on the homescreen. This will help speed up the page loading, the reason for slow loading of the Joma Peko Website is because the website needs time to reload into your Personal Account.
  • How do I quickly access the account?
    There are 2 ways you could quickly access your account: Zalo Mini App: You could click on this link [Click here: Peko Zalo - mini App] You should be redirected to zalo mini app to add it. In the future Peko app would be stored at the bottom of Zalo You just need to log in once on your account and it would automatically be saved when you open the next time. Peko app will show For non-Zalo users: When you open the www.joma.peko.asia website on your browser, please click at the top of your browser for drop down options. On drop-down list, please find bookmark or add to Home Screen. Each browser and OS is different
